3 Aspects of Healthy Weight Loss – Part II

This is aspect number 2. Very often, if a person gets their exercise program right, then they will neglect their dietary lifestyle and vise versa. Make a point of working out three times per week for 10 – 45 minutes. While you may think you should be in the gym for an hour or more, five days per week that’s simply not the case.

The trick to making a 30 minute workout, 3 times per week effective is focusing on the right type of exercises. Muscle building workouts will provide you with the efficiency you need to see results from short, high intensity workouts a few times per week. What is even better is that those same workouts will build the muscle necessary to increase you metabolism! This means more calories burned with no extra effort on your part!
